Development happens long before a puppy leaves.
We watch puppies grow as a litter and as individuals. Handling, people, ordinary household activity, play and age-appropriate challenges all help us learn who each puppy is becoming.
We look at the puppy in front of us.
Each puppy is photographed and evaluated so we can compare structure and development across the litter. We are not choosing by collar color or markings; the collar simply lets us keep accurate records.
Conformation is one piece. Intelligence, confidence, temperament and how a puppy connects with people are part of the complete picture.
